We work with a range of Commissioners and care and support providers to deliver specialisted housing for people with specific housing needs.

In partnership arrangements, Heath and Social Care Commissioners purchase the care and support packages, and we take care of the housing.

​

Our expertise means that we can deliver specialist housing, to meet specialist need, and back this up with an Intensive Housing Management service.

​

Intensive Housing Management means that we can deliver shared supported housing, where we provide and manage the communal furnishings, white goods, decor and floor coverings.

​

We also provide heat and light throughout the building, and our tenants pay a small service charge to cover the heat and light in their bedroom, plus their share of water charges.

​

We also provide the support to claim Housing Benefit to cover the cost of all aspects of the shared parts of the home.

​

We also repair and replace worn out communal items, and take care of other practicalities such as the window cleaning and provide a limited gardening service.

​

Through our Intensive Housing Management service, Commissioners only need to fund the care and support that our tenants need to live independently.

​

We enter into a Service Level Agreement with Care and Support providers to share the risk of void losses.
